Mid-Winter Update

The Winter is almost half over. Only 55 days remain until the first day of Spring which occurs March 20th, 2016.

Since there is a lot more winter on the way we decided to take a look at what the remainder of the season has in store for us!

Atlantic Canada: Above normal temperatures. Above normal for Labrador and southern Nova Scotia, near normal precipitation elsewhere.

Quebec & Ontario: Above normal temperatures. Near normal temperatures are expected across southwest and southeastern Ontario. Near normal precipitation for most areas, except below normal for western Quebec and Northern Ontario.

Prairies: Above normal temperatures. Near normal precipitation for all areas except Northern Manitoba and northern Alberta.

British Columbia: Above normal temperatures. Near normal precipitation, below normal for Northeast BC.

Northern Canada: Above normal temperatures with the exception being eastern Baffin Island where below normal temperatures are expected. Near normal precipitation, except above normal for Northern Nunavut.
