Meteorologist Uses Paper to Convey Messages

We have all seen moments in TV history where things don't always go as planned.

When severe weather strikes we depend on TV along with other mediums to get information quickly.

During a live broadcast on Saturday morning on WDAM-TV Meteorologist Patrick Bigbie had a bit of a problem when the sound went while he was providing information about tornadoes.

So the quick thinking Bigbie wrote messages on sheets of paper and showed the messages to viewers on TV.

One message said, "NO SOUND TORNADO ON THE GROUND IN PETAL" and "NEW WARNING IN WESTERN LAMAR COUNTY TAKE COVER NOW."
