The outlook is grim in Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló said that the power could be out for months.

Hurricane Maria ripped through the area and caused major infrastructure damage.

No one on the island has power from utilities.

Hurricane Maria made landfall on Puerto Rico as a Category 4 hurricane.

A sustained wind of 103 km/h with a gust to 182 km/h was reported in San Juan, Puerto Rico, immediately prior to the hurricane making landfall on the island.

After landfall, wind gusts of 175 km/h were reported at Yabucoa Harbor and 190 km/h at Camp Santiago.
