Marginal risk of thunderstorms from the Ohio Valley to Great Lakes

Some 30 million Americans are under a threat of severe weather Tuesday.
There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms from a portion of the Ohio Valley into the Great Lakes area. There is also a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms over a portion of the northern high Plains. This includes cities such as Detroit, MI, Indianapolis, IN, Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, and Pittsburgh, PA.
Scattered thunderstorms, a few of which could be strong to possibly severe, are expected Tuesday from a portion of the lower Great Lakes into the Ohio Valley as well as over a portion of the northern high Plains.
