Manitoba picks up first major Snowfall

A Colorado Low pushed across Southern Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario on Wednesday dropping a whipping of snow across Southern Manitoba.

Snow began early on Wednesday morning before dawn.

The heaviest snowfall occurred roughly through the central and eastern Red River Valley according to Environment Canada.

Winnipeg: 15 - 20 cm
Landmark: 17 cm
Pinawa: 14 cm
Oakbank: 11 cm
St. Claude: 11 cm
Stony Mountain: 10 cm
