Light Dusting of Snow Across Northern Prairies

Posted by on Tuesday, December 27, 2016

We will see a weak low develop across Alberta today and then track eastward bringing a small coating of snow to northern Saskatchewan and northern Manitoba.

By Wednesday evening the low will reach Hudson Bay.

Blowing snow will cause problems as wind gusts to 60 km/h are forecast for southeastern Saskatchewan and southwestern Manitoba.

Aside from that the remainder of this week looks fair with no disruptions until at least Friday.
