Large Low for Wednesday Night

Posted by on Sunday, January 1, 2017

An area of low pressure across the southeastern U.S. is poised bring some severe weather to portions of the U.S. Gulf Coast  on Monday.

From there it will head north and will have an impact on Canadian weather. Areas from Ontario to Newfoundland will feel the effects of this storm.

In Newfoundland our weather could be impacted on Wednesday night and through Thursday.

Currently we expect a very strong winds over Labrador.

It appears as though the low will bring some snow to Labrador and in Newfoundland, expect snow to change over to ice pellets and then eventually to rain.
