Posted by on Monday, December 5, 2016

An area of low pressure will track into southwestern Manitoba this morning before merging with a second low developing over eastern North Dakota this evening.

These systems will affect southern Manitoba Monday night and Tuesday with heavy snow and strong wind.

Southern Manitoba may end up with 15-30 cm of snow  Monday afternoon into Wednesday morning.

Snow will continue into Wednesday as storm slowly moves into northwestern Ontario.

Behind the low much colder air moves in.
