Heavy Snow Impacting southern British Columbia

Heavy snow is impacting southern British Columbia.

An area of low pressure will move eastward across Washington State today.

Snow arrived overnight. It will begin to taper off overnight. At the same time a fresh blast of bringing strong winds and areas of blowing snow.

Some ares could see 20 and 30 cm of snow.

In Vancouver rain will end this afternoon.

Temperatures are also much colder as Arctic air moves in tonight. This will also casue some reduced visibility with blowing snow.
