California has been impacted by a strong storm that is filled with tropical-moisture.

It has been bringing heavy amounts of rain to parts of central and southern parts of the states.

This has cause some problems.

There has been flooding and debris flows in Southern California, particularly in the areas recently hit with relentless wildfires.

According to the National Weather Service, "of particular concern are the burn areas of Southern California, where rainfall rates could reach levels that increase the risk of mudslides and debris flows. Included are the burn scars from the Thomas, Creek and La Tuna wildfires."

Rain ended on Friday.
