The City of Toronto has been hit with multiple power outages.

A cold snap has turned rain to a rain-snow mix.

TTC says subway trains turning back on Line 2 at Broadview and Woodbine stations.

Shuttle buses are operating.

As of 6:50 am there were several power outages just east of the Don Valley Parkway and Southeast of Pearson Airport.

There is also a special weather statement in effect for the City of Toronto.

Environment and Climate Change Canada says, "snowfall totals will average about 10 cm with higher amounts to the northeast of the Great Lakes. However, the City of Toronto will see lower snowfall amounts of about 4 to 8 cm."
