Florida Hit With Golf Ball-Sized Hail

On Wednesday morning residents central Florida was pelted with golf ball-sized hail and strong wind.

The hail could be seen on the streets and it looked like snow.

There was a peak wind gust of 76 km/h at Port Canaveral.

There were several reports of shattered windows, damages to cars, and ice build-up in several places.

Wave heights of 2 to 3 meters were recorded.

Traffic was slowed on the morning commute due to a large amount of ice on the road.
