Parts of Vancouver Island and the lower mainland of British Columbia will see the first snowfall of the season.

By Sunday evening some areas over the Sea to Sky region could see 10 to 15 cm of snow.

Southeast winds over Haida Gwaii have increased from 80 to 100 km/h. Winds will ease this morning.

15 to 25 cm of snow and reduced visibilities in blowing snow are possible from the Haines Road and the South Klondike Highway.
