Earthquake Triggers Tsunami Warning

There has been another earthquake in the Papua New Guinea region.

A magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck 162 km south-southwest of Rabaul, New Britain, Papua New Guinea.

It struck at a depth of 10 km.

There was a tsunami warning issued for surrounding coastlines.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
