Daylight savings time begins tonight. Most of Canada will observe the time change.

Tonight at 2:00 a.m. clocks should be set one hour ahead.

Daylight saving time is observed in all ten Canadian provinces and three territories.

However, there are exceptions within several provinces and the territory of Nunavut, including most of Saskatchewan, which observes Central Standard Time year-round even though the province is in the Mountain Time Zone.

Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour later on Mar 11, 2018 than the day before. There will be more light in the evening.
It is also a good practice to change the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
