Summer is far from over in parts of Newfoundland.
Several areas broke temperature records on Saturday.

Heat warnings remain in effect for Bay of Exploits, Bonavista North, Bonavista Peninsula, Clarenville and vicinity, Gander and vicinity, Grand Falls-Windsor and vicinity, and Terra Nova.
Daytime highs in the high 20's and humidex values in the low to mid 30's will linger until mid-week at least.
Steps to take to stay cool:
Stay in an air-conditioned indoor location as much as possible.
Drink plenty of fluids even if you don't feel thirsty.
