The National Hurricane Center in Miami Florida is now advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten.

Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten formed early on Sunday.

The system is expected to bring 50 to 100 mm of rain to the South Carolina, North Carolina, and southeast Virginia coasts.
On Thursday evening the low is expected to be south of the Grand Banks of Newfoundland as a post-tropical storm.

Although there remains considerable uncertainty on the future track of Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten, it still may being some rough surf to the south coast of Newfoundland.
