Colorado Low to Impact Ontario on Monday

christmas, cold, frost
While this weekend won't be stormy for Ontario, it will be a different story on Monday.

A Colorado low will move in from the southwest.

It appears as though the low will bring freezing rain to Central Ontario, Eastern Ontario, and parts of Southern Ontario.

For areas such as Sault Ste. Marie to North Bay to Temagami could see 30 cm of snow by Tuesday.

A Colorado low is a low-pressure area that forms in southeastern Colorado or northeastern New Mexico, typically in the winter. After forming, the system typically moves across the Great Plains and then to Canada.
