Across southern Manitoba today we are going to see mixed precipitation. Any precipitation that does fall today will be minimal in nature.

This is from the same wave that brought similar weather to Saskatchewan last night.

On Thursday very cold arctic air will make a return to much of the prairies as an arctic cold front moves through.

In Winnipeg tomorrow there will be a wind chill of minus 35. Regina will feel like minus 34, it will feel like minus 36 in Saskatoon.
