Coffee, OJ, & Sugar Prices Going Up

Posted by on Tuesday, September 27, 2016

If you need coffee to get going in the morning you may want to put a bit of extra money away for that morning cup of Joe.

The weather lately in Brazil has been dry in the areas that produce the most coffee. As a result it has been hurting the crop.

Both arabica and robusta beans are being impacted.

It is not only coffee but too much rain has stalled the production of orange juice, while frost in sugar-growing regions has caused problems.

Brazil is the world’s biggest producer and exporter of all of those products.

So you can expect the cost of these products to rise.
