The United States military is fighting a new enemy... climate change.

A report conducted during the Obama administration stated that nearly half of the U.S. Military bases around the world had issues related to climate change.

Whether it was floods, droughts, wildfires, or other extremes installations around the world say impacts.

The Pentagon has determined that the U.S. military needs to protect itself from climate change.

The report was presented to Congress last week.

There are 3,500 U.S. military sites around the world.
