Posted by Kyle Brookings on Monday, December 24, 2018

The Weather across Canada on Christmas Day is largely silent.

Let's travel from east to west...

A low off the coast of Labrador will cause some coastal flurries and some gusty wind.

Newfoundland will be largely fair, there will be some flurries in some areas.

Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick will see nice weather, but there will be a cool northwesterly flow keeping temperatures down.

Ontario and Quebec are protected under a large high.

Manitoba and Saskatchewan will be mostly fair also. There will be some light snow across Northern Alberta. In fact, Edmonton may pick up 5 to 10 cm of snow.

Some coastal flurries and showers are expected across British Columbia. The Interior will be clear.

Clear weather is also likely to prevail across Northern Canada.
