Carolina Flooding Continues - Several Homeless

It has been over a week since Hurricane Matthew slammed into the North Carolina coast, the state remains in a desperate situation as widespread flooding and numerous power outages continue.

Governor Pat McCrory said that there are nearly 3,400 people staying in shelters throughout the state.

Houses are underwater and thousands remain without power.

Transportation also remains a major problem as some roads are damaged.
