On the morning of November 8, 2018, the Camp Fire erupted 90 miles (140 kilometers) north of Sacramento, California.

Another tragedy is unfolding in California.

Heavy rains caused flooding in Butte County, California.

The rain came so fast about 100 vehicles were stranded in a field of debris.

There were also reports of mudslides.

Portions of Riverside County were placed under an evacuation order on Wednesday afternoon.

The rain fell in areas that were recently ravaged by wildfires.

Since most of the vegetation was burned there was nothing holding back the mud.
