Bone-Chilling Wind Chills Continue in Quebec, Ontario, and Manitoba

Extreme cold continues to blanket western Quebec, northern Ontario, and Manitoba.

Across western Quebec moderate winds and cold temperatures are causing cold wind chills this morning. It will be a similar setup tonight.

Northern Ontario is contending with minus 45 to minus 55 wind chills today. This will continue over the next couple of days.

This morning wind chill values of -45 to -50 continue over northern Manitoba. This cold will remain for the next few days.
