Belleville Salvation Army Looking for Coats

Posted by on Wednesday, October 5, 2016

The Salvation Army in Belleville, Ontario is on the lookout for coats to support its Coats for Folks program.

The group says that with temperatures soon dropping they are asking for coats, warm hats, mittens, scarves and warm blankets.

Annually the group hands out hundreds of coasts and has done so for the last ten years.

The Salvation Army has partnered with the dry cleaners in Belleville to provide warm winter wear to anyone in need through the Coats for Folks.

Every Friday in November from 1:00 – 3:00 pm winter coats are distributed free of charge to anyone in need. ID is required.
