Another Powerful Earthquake in Papua New Guinea

There has been yet another powerful earthquake in the Papua New Guinea area.

This time a 6.7 magnitude earthquake shook the mountainous interior.

A major earthquake just last week killed at least 67 people.

A state of emergency has been declared.

Thousands remain homeless and without food and clean water and electricity has been cut to thousands.

The latest earthquake struck as a depth of 33 km and was centered 130 km east-northeast of Lake Murray, New Guinea.
