A Stormy Set Up in Saskatchewan

Posted by on Monday, October 3, 2016

Saskatchewan is in for some not-so-nice weather over the next couple of days.

The province will see wind, rain, and even some snow.

A low is developing over Montana and will send rain into southern parts of the province. This rain will gradually increase in intensity and continue until Wednesday. In the heaviest rain 50 to 75 mm is possible.

Over higher elevations, such as Cypress Hills on Tuesday, temperatures will be cold enough for the precipitation to fall as snow. 10 to 15 cm is likely in this event.
