285 km of US Coast Destroyed

The USGS has released a report on damage from Hurricane Matthew.

The report concluded that Matthew was responsible for destroying 285 km of sand dunes along the East Coast.

Coastal damage was observed in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Matthew slammed into the region in October and caused damage in many other areas also.
